About Us
Alias came from my small graphic design company. Alias was founded by Francine Guerra although, the dogs were started because of her two daughters Katherine and Lily. In 2004, We adopted Luke our first Australian Shepherd and rescue. Luke started flyball and later we fell in love with Pete. Pete came to us in 2006 from a fellow Flyball teammate and we met his co-breeder Nancy Gagnon. Pete is a awesome flyball competitor and he earned his FD and FDX. Spring 2007 we bought Austin from Kathy and Morgan Hubbard of Copper Hill Australian Shepherds.

KATHERINE MENCHES
My first time ever to show a dog was in 2006 with Katie Norris blue merle bitch name Megan. I can’t believe it’s been 5 years! I’ve been ranked since 3 or 4 years in ASCA and have been ranked as no. 1 in region 6 excellent 1, 2, 3, 4 for 2 years. This year I was ranked no. 2 in region 6 to my best friend Morgan Campbell. Last August, I got my first best junior. And in October, Austin and I got two premiers at the national pre-shows. I enjoyed every minute of that win.
Not only I show my own dogs, I also show other people’s dogs. I have earned the experience from people letting me take in their dogs in the ring. I have show dogs that were too lazy to show to off the wall bonkers. My first big experience was showing Robin Mulligan’s altered blue boy Risk (Pinnacle’s Livin’ On The Edge). Risk is a very very, very energetic dog. Although him being crazy in the ring I pulled of a altered Best of Breed with him. I have won winners dog/bitch to Best of Breed with some of the dogs I have shown.
